ACCEPTANCE OF POSITION in 2023 JUNIOR SQUAD
This form is for all players selected in the Hornets Junior Regionals squads to confirm their attendance to the final selection trial. The final selection trial will take place on Sunday 12th February 2023 at BERESFIELD TOUCH Fields.

Trial times for each division will be as follows:
Arrive 9:30 am for a sign on
12 girls
12 boys 
14 girls
14 boys

Arrive at 11:00 am for sign on
18 girls
18 boys
16 girls
16 boys

All players selected in Hornets Junior Regionals squads are encouraged to attend the final selection trial, to give themselves the best opportunity to be considered for selection in our Junior Regional teams. In order to be eligible for selection in the final team, all players must do the following:

- Complete this player confirmation form, answering all required questions prior to 9am Thursday 9th February 2023.
- Make every possible attempt to attend the final selection trial on Sunday 12 February 2023.


Any player that is unable to attend the Hornets final selection trial, but wishes to be considered for selection in the final team must complete an Inability to Trial form prior to 9am Friday 10th February 2023.

The completed Inability to Trial form must have all relevant information provided, along with supporting documentation to confirm the reason/s stated for inability to trial. All inability to trial forms lodged will be assessed by Hornets, with reason/s lodged  to be reviewed at the discretion of Hornets.

Please note that failure to follow the above mentioned process will result in the player being not eligible for selection in the Hornets Junior Regionals teams.

All players selected in Hornets Junior Regionals squads need to be aware of some important dates when considering their commitment to be considered for final team selection, which include:

Training camps and the schedule provided by coaches

Camp 1 - 25/26 March - Newcastle

Camp 2 - 15/16 April - Tuggerah

Camp 3 - 23 April - Tuggerah

Tournament - 29/30 April - Tuggerah
