2019-2020 Louisiana 4-H Volunteer Leaders Association Membership Form
The purpose of the Louisiana 4-H Volunteer Leaders Association is to inform, educate, and support volunteer leaders and parents involved in the 4-H program in the State of Louisiana. Membership in the Association is open to every 4-H
volunteer who works directly or indirectly with 4-H Youth. As a member of the Association, you will have the opportunity to team with volunteers throughout the State, as well as, with the parish 4-H Agents to enhance and expand the 4-H program in Louisiana.

To become a member of the Louisiana 4-H Volunteer Leaders Association complete the Membership Application below and submit payment. The membership year is from September through August. Dues are $25 for a lifetime membership. Upon receipt of payment, you will receive an email giving you access to the online membership group.
