Vendor fees include booth space, vendor camping, and one weekend pass. Approved vendors must pay their vending fee in full by June 1st 2022. Vending fees are non-refundable after June 1st. *

Please give a detailed description of wares, services, or menu. We strive to give every vendor a chance to be as exclusive as possible in what they are offering. If you fail to list an item that you bring for sale, and it encroaches on another vendor's exclusivity, we may ask you to remove that item from your booth. *

Vendors booths must be open for normal operating hours every day of the festival. Vendors should be set up by noon on Thursday, and tear down by noon on Sunday. Vendors who cannot commit for the entire festival will not be accepted. If you cannot make this commitment please do not apply. *

Vendors will be allotted a 10x10 booth space, or 10x20 for food vendors. Booth spaces will be assigned by Cowpie Music Festival. Vendors will have space to camp directly behind their booths, or in adjacent vendor only camping. *

Please let us know what you plan to camp in and the overall size of your camping set up. This will help us decide the best placements to accommodate everyone. Vendors camping in large RVs or campers may not be able to camp directly behind their booth. *

Vendors may access electricity for the duration of the festival for an additional $35. You must provide your own extension cord to access electricity. *

Food vendors must follow all applicable health and safety laws, and must pass a health inspection onsite. Vendors who are not set up in time to pass inspection will not be permitted to vend, and will forfeit their vending fee. *
