This does NOT guarantee you a spot on the team. We can only choose certain people, because it's time consuming to manage and guide new members, and most of all we don't want to have to undo any of your hard work if we don't think it fits the project.

However, if we don't choose you, that doesn't mean we don't like you. There's a whole lot of talent in the community, and if you've chosen to take this form, there's no doubt you're full of that talent aswell. You might be rejected because we don't think your style is compatible, or you might be rejected because we think you're not ready yet. None of that means your work is bad, far from it. If you're rejected, we've decided it won't fit the project. That's all.

With that in mind, you'll have the best chance of succeeding if you're open and honest about your skill and style. That makes it easy for us to identify your strengths properly, and figure out what you might be good at.

Your response will not be shared with anyone other than the development team. It will first be read by Creyon, and then shown to the rest of the team.
