In conjunction with the NCAA Division I Men's Swimming and Diving Championships in Indianapolis, IN March 27-30.

Please Note the following:

1. Conference materials will NOT be mailed in advance. All conference materials will be held for each registrant until they check in at the Conference.

2. NISCA WILL NOT be purchasing NCAA Championship tickets. If you want tickets, you will need to purchase them on your own through Ticket Master. 

3.Please complete one copy of this form for EACH coach that wants to register for the Conference.

4. Hotel Rooms need to be booked directly with the Hyatt House Downtown Indianapolis directly see the NISCA conference website or below for more information.  

Option 1: The Conference Package: Cost $265.00

This option includes Conference registration, 1 NISCA Awards Banquet ticket, admission to the mixers and clinics, and eligibility for door prizes. (Does not include NCAA Tickets)

Option 2:  Banquet Only or Additional Banquet Tickets. Cost $50 each. This is for extra banquet tickets IN ADDITION TO the registered coach.
