  • OR   Mail check or cash to St. Luke's Free  Medical Clinic at PO BOX 3466 Spartanburg, SC 29304
  • Checks should be made out to St. Luke's Free Medical Clinic 
  • MUST BE 18 YEARS OR OLDER TO PURCHASE/WIN
  • Drawing will take place on Nov. 4th, 2022 at Bacon and Barrel Spartanburg
  • Need NOT be present to win. Winners will be notified via email or phone if not present. 
  • Additional tickets can be purchased at event (SEPARATE EVENT TICKET REQUIRED FOR ENTRY)
  • Tickets are available for purchase by card online until 8:30 pm on 11/4/2022
  • Proceeds will go to providing quality and compassionate healthcare to our underserved neighbors in need
  • Tickets are non-refundable
  • The promoter reserves the right to alter the program as necessary
