Nurses' Day falls on 1 August every year in Singapore. We hope to bring some joy and appreciate those taking care of our communities at the adult disability homes/destitute homes.

For JUNE & JULY 2023, we will be creating NURSES' DAY themed CARDS! All you need is a willing heart, some art supplies, and A4-sized papers!

How to get started:

1) Complete this form and pledge the number of Nurses' Day cards you can. No need to fret about fulfilling a quota, just do what you can. Every little bit helps!

2) Create your Nurses' Day cards. Do include a Nurses' Day message in your card. Remember to sign off with your name. 

3) Mail your cards to the following volunteer's address to ensure they reach by 7 JULY 2023. From there, we will collate and send them to the various homes :)

THK Home for Disabled @ Chai Chee, Eunos & Sembawang (https://www.thkmc.org.sg/persons-with-disabilities/) provides long-term residential care for adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder, or other co-morbidities.
