HVNA's Playgroup Program - Feedback Form
HVNA's Playgroup is a program designed for young children to play and socialize with other children in the Hespeler Village community. Families can drop-in on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00am-11:30am to HVNA's gym space and enjoy toys and lots of running space for their little ones!

As HVNA makes future plans for our Playgroup program, we want to hear from our community regarding how the program should look and run moving forward. Please answer the questions below and/or send an email to laurend@hvna.ca to share your opinions/feedback!

Currently, our Playgroup program is unstructured (i.e. children can play freely with the toys available). Would you like to see Playgroup be more structured (i.e. planned activities, games and crafts)? *

To ensure the success of the Playgroup program, we are looking to launch a Playgroup Committee, with members that are interested in supporting the program moving forward. This includes assisting with the creation of activity ideas and supporting the facilitation/supervision of those activities. 

We are looking for a minimum of 6 volunteers to support the designated Playgroup dates that have structured programming (approx. 2-4 per month). Volunteers will be on a rotating schedule based on availability.
