This form will enable you to register for RISE (Middle School) for the 2022-2023 School Year.

General Information
RISE is our weekly middle school education program for grades 6-8.  RISE meets on Sunday evenings from 6:30-8:00pm in the Ministry Center.  Rise begins September and continues through April.


 
Fee Schedule
FEE: $75 per student ($100 Non -Parishioners)


Upon completion of the form, you will be directed to the Weshare site to pay the RISE fee for your child.
