This anonymous survey is intended to help workplaces be more neuroinclusive and supportive of neurodivergent employees. 20% of the global population is neurodivergent, yet unemployment is 30-40% for neurodivergent adults. It's imperative to have proactive and inclusive workplaces that are supportive and promote belonging for the wellbeing of employees and the company's bottom line.
Your responses will be used to generate a report to identify best practices for workplace neuroinclusivity with recommendations that will be generalized and will not contain direct quotes from you to protect your identity. Please respond honestly and skip the questions you are not comfortable answering.
