Hello! We are excited that you are interested in taking music lessons through UW’s CML!
Once you have filled out this registration form and you have been matched with an instructor, you will receive an email with your instructor’s contact information and a link to pay for lessons. Lesson instructor availability is on a first come first served basis with a rolling enrollment until March 22, 2024.
To register for more than one type of lesson (such as voice plus piano), please register separately for each instrument.
Registration will open on Tuesday, January 16th.
The first day for Spring 2024 lessons will be Monday, January 29th. All lessons must be completed by Sunday, May 5th. After this point, all lessons will be forfeited. The last day to register for our 10 lesson package is Friday, February 23rd. The last day to register for our 5 lesson packages is Friday, March 22nd. Please keep these dates in mind as you register for the CML.
