Pursuant to Article 7 of the Act on Personal Data Protection, by accepting this Statement you freely and expressly consent to the collection of your personal data provided to RIJEKA 2020 LLC for the purposes expressly stated in this Statement. Providing personal data is voluntary. You are not in any way obligated to accept this Statement or to submit your personal data via any form given to you as a participant of Rijeka 2020 – ECOC programmes.

By accepting this Statement and submitting your personal data, the personal data shall be collected for the purposes of recording participants of Rijeka 2020 – ECOC programmes organised by RIJEKA 2020 LLC and processed for the purposes of evaluation pursuant to Article 21 of the Act on Personal Data Protection.

Your personal data shall be kept pursuant to the Act on Personal Data Protection and every reasonable precaution shall be taken to prevent unauthorised access, abuse, disclosure, loss or destruction of your personal data. RIJEKA 2020 LLC respects the privacy of its users and keeps personal data confidential. No third party may access your personal information except employees who may access your personal data based on the nature of the work they perform for RIJEKA 2020 LLC. Your personal information may be disclosed to third parties without your express consent only in the case when such actions are expressly mandated by law.
