Coaching Interest Form

Elizabeth Clor is a McMillan Certified Running Coach and the proud owner of All Stripes Coaching. All Stripes Coaching training plans are designed for runners who already have a basic running foundation and are looking to train for a specific race distance. 

I offer custom training plans and coaching for the 5K through the marathon and at this time I am working with U.S. residents only. 

Custom Training Plan: I give you the plan and my rationale for the plan along with tips and general guidance. You have the opportunity to ask questions at the outset and then our interaction ends.

Personal Coaching: Monthly coaching as an ongoing relationship. I provide feedback on your key workouts in the Final Surge training app. I also rely on your feedback so I can make adjustments as needed. This service has limited availability and there may or may not be slots available.
