CCPS Fall Parent Survey
In preparation for 2nd quarter Return to Learn planning, CCPS is gathering survey data needed to determine the feasibility of a hybrid or modified full in-person return (virtual option will remain). The survey results will serve as one of many metrics used in determining our Return to Learn recommendation to the School Board on Monday, September 28.

5. To address classroom capacity challenges, CCPS will utilize social  distancing guidelines ranging from 6 feet to 3 feet for all face to face instruction.  Will you send your child to school under these conditions? *
6. Face coverings will be required for  in-person instruction at all times, except while eating or drinking. Will you send your child to school for face to face instruction under these conditions? *
7.  Per safety measures outlined in questions 5 and 6 (social distancing and face coverings), will you send your child to school for in-person instruction? *
8. Bus riders will be seated 1 child per seat and masks will be required. Select the transportation your child will use if attending school in-person. *
