I understand that by volunteering to support the class on my child's Sports Day, I will be required to help supervise the children to travel between Heavers Farm Primary School and Croydon Arena. I understand that I will not be able to bring younger children with me and will be bound by the school's Code of Conduct whilst volunteering. I understand that I must be available for the entire time, 12:30pm-3:30pm.

I also understand that I will be required to complete a Lateral Flow Device for Covid-19 on the day and show that this is negative and that I will be required to wear a face covering and maintain social distancing at all times.  

We are required to limit numbers and so not all parents/carers who volunteer will be able to attend the event, you will be contacted before Friday, 25th June 2021 to confirm whether or not we need you to attend.
