Undertaking of Readearly terms *
Please find below, some important terms that you need to read, understand and agree to by replying 'Accept' to this form. The parents/guardians of the students and the students (‘Subscribers’), hereby understand and agree that any recording by any means (including photographing, screenshots, audio or video recording) of any or all content, materials and presentation in the tutorial (“content”) is strictly prohibited during the course of the entire programme. Subscribers further understand and agree that they will not in any way reproduce/publish, the content including but not limited to sharing on social media or by email or in any printed or electronic form. Any violation of the above shall be deemed as a breach of this undertaking and the Subscriber shall be responsible for any legal action that Readearly may take to protect its interests including any injunctive relief. By responding to this email and attending the programme, the Subscriber hereby gives his/her consent to the above terms and shall be bound by them at all times.
