Assumption Greek Dance Program 2023-2024 Registration
Complete the registration form below to participate in Assumption's Greek Dance Program for the 2023-2024 Dance Season.

One form per dancer.

Additional Details:

Cost per participant is as follows:

RECREATIONAL DANCER:  $100 for the first dancer and $75 for each additional dancer/sibling from the same family.*

COMPETITIVE (FDF):  $200 per dancer for the first dancer, $150 for each additional dancer/sibling from the same family.

DANCERS AGED 3-5 YEARS OLD - NO REGISTRATION FEE 

Final registration (online forms including signed handbook agreement) are due on October 1, 2023.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- Full balance due October 22, 2023
- Payment Plan: Payments with the first balance (minimum deposit of $50 per dancer) due at registration. Subsequent payment deadlines are November 5, 2023, December 3, 2023, and January 7, 2024.

If you need financial assistance, please contact the Program Director before October 8, 2023.

These fees cover the expenses of costume maintenance and materials, music, workshops, and other ordinary costs. More information regarding payment may be found at the end of this registration form.
