Leadership Team Application Form
This next year's leadership team will consist of the following positions:
Drum Major
Woodwind Captain
Brass Captain
Percussion Captain
Colorguard Captain
Colorguard Assistant Captain

In order to be considered for any of the above positions you must complete the following:
1. This application
2. Receive a letter of recommendation from one other teacher - not Mr. Pierce(you may get the form from my office window)
3. Perform (on instrument or conducting)  the selected music excerpt on your marching instrument.
4. Complete an interview with Mr. Pierce on or before May 6th, during school hours. You must sign up for a time on the office window.
5. Must be passing all classes with a "C" average.
6. Must have completed at least one marching season.

I give Mr. Pierce permission to record the interviews, with the expectation my answers will be kept private during the selection process- and deleted upon completion of the selection process. This is for Mr. Pierce to have the ability to review answers at a later date. *
