2024 First Friday Cruise-In Vehicle Registration
Please use this form to register and select a space for the 2024 First Friday Cruise-Ins. All participants must be pre-registered. On-site registration will only be allowed if spaces remain available and may be subject to a $25.00 late registration fee.


2024 First Friday Cruise-In Dates:
  • June 7th - Back to the '80s Night
  • August 2nd - Dog Days of Summer
Check-In/Setup: 4:30-5:30pm
Load-Out: 9:00pm

2024 Registration Deadlines:
  • June 7th Cruise-In - May 18th
  • August 2nd Cruise-in - July 12th
PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY:
  • Beginning in 2024, Experience Mount Vernon will require pre-registration for all cruise-in participants.
  • Registration tags will be mailed to pre-registrants prior to the event date for ease of check-in. 
  • Drivers may choose their own parking space from the available spaces around Public Square.
  • Participants will accept responsibility for their vehicle and all materials and goods used or displayed around said vehicle.
  • Early load out is STRONGLY discouraged due to the amount of pedestrian traffic around Public Square;
  • East High onto to South Gay will open for exiting the event beginning at 9:00pm. Vehicles choosing to leave prior to 9:00pm may ONLY DO SO via Chestnut/N. Main.
  • Participant agrees to remain parked in the same space for the entire event.
  • Participants may only enter/check-in from Chestnut Street onto North Main Street.
  • No entry will be permitted from West High, South Main, or East High.
  • Experience Mount Vernon has the right to refuse entry to any vehicle or person for any reason.
  • Participants must have vehicles in place no later than 5:30pm.
  • All parking will be on paved surface around the North and East sides of Public Square.
  • Unregistered vehicles will be parked at the order in which they arrive and ONLY IF SPACE ALLOWS. Unregistered vehicles may be subject to a $25.00 on-site/late registration fee.
  • First Fridays are outdoor events and inclement weather and/or gusts of wind may occur.
  • Some spaces are located beneath or near trees.
  • Alcohol IS NOT permitted at the First Friday Cruise-In. Violators will be asked to leave and may be subject to legal action.
  • THESE EVENTS ARE DOG FRIENDLY! Dogs must be on a leash at all times and owner agrees to pick-up after their dog.

As a participant in the First Friday Cruise-Ins ("the Event") and activities related thereto, hosted by the Heritage Centre Association, Inc., dba/Experience Mount Vernon ("Experience Mount Vernon"), I shall hold harmless, release, and discharge Experience Mount Vernon, its officers, employees, agents, board of directors, committees, and all volunteers from and against any and all liability, loss, costs, damages, expenses, claims or actions, and attorney fees, including damages to third parties and their property, arising during of resulting from my participation in the Event.

I shall indemnify Experience Mount Vernon, its officers, employees, agents, board of directors, committees, and volunteers, for any costs it may incur arising out of or in connection with any act or omission on the part of the participant or the participant's guests, while occupying any part of the Event, or while engaged in the Event's activities. I understand that Experience Mount Vernon is NOT liable or responsible in any way for injuries sustained, damages incurred, or accidents occurring during the Event, including damages to third parties and their property.

The Parties agree that this Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, and that any action brought by any party hereunder may be instituted and maintained only in the appropriate court having jurisdiction over Knox County, Ohio or Knox County, Ohio.

I hereby certify that I am at least eighteen (18) years of age and I have carefully read this indemnity and Hold Harmless Agreement and fully understand its contents, releasing Experience Mount Vernon from any and all liability in regards to my participation in First Friday Cruise-Ins and activities related thereto. I am aware that this is a contractual agreement and sign it on my own free will.
