This is the official nomination form for the Carleton University Biomedical Engineering Society’s Winter Elections  for to determine the executive council of the upcoming academic year, 2022-2023. All nomination forms are due by March 27th 11:59pm. Please note that by completing this form, you are allowing the Carleton Senate Office and the Carleton Registrar’s Office to access your student information to verify your status and program(s) of study.

Be sure to review the writ of elections and regulations before submission to ensure you are eligible to run for the position. All election information can be found on the CUBES website, Facebook and Instagram.
