Pack 162 Clothing Order Form
Use this form to order the clothing we are selling.  These items will be considered as Class B Uniform items and will be allowed to wear at various events and functions.  All orders will need to be paid to Paypal or Venmo.  Products will be delivered at Pack Meeting or Den Meeting.  If any questions please email ctpack162@gmail.com.  Each checkbox will be considered a quantity of 1, if you want more than one please follow directions at bottom of the order form.  Deadline for orders will be October 30.  Pack 162 should have orders back by middle of December.
