Course/Module Withdrawal Form
This form should be used by students who wish to withdraw from a course or module(s). A student who has
applied for a module withdrawal will be given a “W” grade for that module, given that none of the assessments
have been conducted at the time of application. If any assessments have been prescribed and results issued before
application, the module will be given an “F” grade. Module fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Students should ensure that there are no pending fees before applying to withdraw.
