Can be any 5k, ran anywhere you like even on a treadmill, or up and down your hallway if you are self-isolating, at any time.
We will create a virtual leader board to log these runs. They will not count towards the 2020 handicap series just a completely separate challenge until we are back in the park.
Run as many times as you want not restricted to 1 run a month. Your first run will set your handicap time (your personal best) and all you need to do it try and improve the next time. No cheating we want honest runs and improvements.
Make sure you use the same personal details each time you log a run so we can track them together.
We only will use your email address to keep you updated and send you links to the virtual handicap table. It will not be shared with anyone else or made public.
