MSCR Outdoor Adventure Club is offering a series of adventures for MMSD high school students this summer.  These trips including hiking, kayaking, canoeing and climbing.  This program is free but pre-registration is required.

This form is step one of the registration.  Students will use this form to request registration for trips this summer.  Students may request to register for any or all of the trips - it is not required to attend all trips.  The dates, times, and locations for each trip are listed in section 3 of this form.  Students who request multiple trips are not guaranteed to be offered a spot for all trips.  MSCR will accommodate as many students as possible for registration submitted by June 14.  After 6/14, any remaining spots will be filled first come, first served.  

After submitting this form, students will receive an email with additional registration forms and more program information.  Please make sure to check your MMSD email!   Additional forms must be submitted in order to confirm registration.

MSCR is taking several precautions related to Covid-19:

-- Outdoors:  Masks are optional outdoors for all participants and staff.  Participants and staff should continue to maintain 6 feet physical distancing, where possible.
-- Indoors:  Masks are required for students and staff.  
-- All students and staff will be required to self report any COVID-19 related symptoms on the day of each activity.  Anyone who is sick must stay home.
-- All equipment will be cleaned and sanitized before use.
