Smorgasbord 2023 - Certificate Request
Did you participate in the "Smorgasbord 3" event on March 22-26, 2023 and would like to request a certificate of attendance? Then this form is for you. We will ask you to tell us which training sessions you followed, and to provide your Galaxy Histories (if applicable to the tutorial)

If you have already requested your certificate via the Slack Certificate Bot, you do NOT have to fill in this form. This form is intended for participants who cannot use the Slack bot due to their country blocking access to Slack.

You can request certificates until 1 weeks after the event ends. Unfortunately, requests after that date cannot be completed.

Proof of Course Completion
We will give you a certificate for whichever portions of the course you completed. For this, we will need you share your histories with us, so we can see that you completed the tutorial.

- The history must be public
- It must be on one of the public servers
- All of the datasets must be accessible.

If we cannot access your history, then we cannot certify these sessions.
Galaxy Histories
Please provide names of the sessions, as well as the full URLs to every history you completed during the week. For example: "Reference-based RNA-Seq - https://usegalaxy.eu/u/helena-rasche/h/mrsa2"
Other Proof
Some tutorials (e.g. dev and admin) do not create Galaxy histories. If possible, please provide any other outputs you may have created during the course of the training (e.g. VM name for admin training). If this is not possible for certain training sessions, we will rely on your Slack activity to confirm your attendance.

With the large number of participants, the process to check these histories can take some time! Nevertheless, we aim to send you your certificates around 1 week after the certificate request deadline (2 weeks after the end of the event). Thanks for joining!
