Glenelg High School AP Registration 2022-2023
Please fill out this form to register for your AP Exams. Dates for the 2022 AP exams are May 1-5 and May 8-12. All exams are scheduled to be an in-person administration.

Please submit NO LATER THAN November 10, 2022.  We are using a new payment system that requires the payment due by midnight on November 10 which is DIFFERENT than what it says on the College Board Site.  College Board will charge a late order fee of $40 per exam if an exam is ordered after this deadline.

AP Exam Registration is a three part process:

1. Students must log into their College Board account and join the course using the join code their teacher gave them AND select "YES" for each exam they wish to take (this is not automatic when you register for exam).   Both of these must be done before the ordering deadline to avoid the $40 per exam late order fee. Please do not create a new account if you have had one in the past.

2. Complete this google form.

3. Make your payment for exams once the invoice is generated in Synergy by SchoolBucks system.  The system will email the invoice to the custodial guardian in Synergy, so please make sure there is a valid email address in Synergy.  Since Synergy will send you a bill ONLY AFTER you have selected YES in College Board, I strongly suggest you make this decision prior to November 11th. November 4th will give me plenty of time to make sure you are able to pay.  On NOVEMBER 10th, at NOON, I will send the final count to Synergy which will again generate any missing payments.  You will have until MIDNIGHT on 11/11 to pay the invoice through SchoolBucks System.

*Any order unused or canceled after November 11th will incur a $40 per exam unused/canceled fee per College Board.

I understand that some exams may be administered off campus. Students/parents will be responsible for transportation to and from the exam site.  Parents must grant permission for students to go the offsite location on exam day.  My student has my permission to leave the school for AP testing. I understand that Howard County is not providing transportation and cannot be held responsible for the student once the student leaves school property. Parent's must provide a virtual signature below. *
Students exam accommodations must be approved through College Board prior to test day.  If you are approved for accommodation(s), please include your SSD number below (otherwise leave blank).
The deadline for AP Exam registration is November 10th, 2022.   The cost of one exam is $97.  Orders placed after the deadline will be charged a $40 fee per exam (total exam cost will be $137). *
