General:
As of now, I only accept p*ypal as payment!
- Do not use my artwork to promote hate.
- Do not trace my artwork or promote it as your own.
- Do not steal my work or repost without credit.
- Do not remove/delete my artwork, you can make it private or hidden, but do not delete it off toyhouse...
- Do not profit off my work/create merchandise to sell (unless we arranged a plan for this!)
- If you want to make alterations please discuss with me first!
- Gore/body horror is fine! :> Encouraged actually!!
- I love complex designs!!!
I am happy to send progress updates! At minimum, I send one per completed stage, I can send more if wanted though! After completion, please do not ask for major edits that could have been made in early stages.. like construction and composition. (ex:.. changing to a completely diff. character, or an entirely new pose..)
Regarding Designs:This is referring to those who buy a custom from me! Or any adopt/design created by me!
- If you make any family member/offspring design based on/with a design of mine, they must stay linked, attached, or eventually be retired (if there’s drift between owners, etc..)
- You will not sell pieces of the design (ex:... a single pattern, a closeup, a color) That is just scamming.
- Do not sell characters without character rights. This is not permitted for my designs. (In the case of a fursuit being sold w/o character please contact me first, and we can discuss).
- Do not remove/delete my designs off of Toyhouse. They can be privated/hidden, but never deleted!
- Do not remove/replace my credit as a creator or designer for a design.. that’s just not cool.
- Do not buy/obtain a design by me just to heavily redesign (to the point where it discards the original).
Regarding NSFW:
Kinks/fetish work is fine but some I may decline, or have a higher estimate for.
- Must be 18+, and show ID for proof!
- If another person/their character is to be drawn, I need proof that they also want the artwork! (As well as proof of their age/ID...)
- I refuse to draw anything zoo/feral/or ageplay/proship/ddlg-like in nature.
Regarding Blacklist Info:
- Please do not buy my artwork for blacklisted users/of their characters.
- Blacklisted users cannot receive my designs. Doing this will result in both parties being blacklisted. (You can ask me to check if someone is blacklisted!)
- If you buy/obtain a design by me just to heavily redesign (to the point where it discards the original) you will be blacklisted.
