Textbook vendors that would like to participate in the ECESC Textbook Caravan 2024 are asked to complete this form by February 29, 2024.

Event Details:
  • Date: April 9, 2024

  • Location: Our new ECESC location - Sunnyside Education Center, 2601 S. 14th St., New Castle, IN 47362. Our new location features an event center for a vendor hall and multiple classrooms for sessions.

  • Focus Areas: Core content areas, CTE, agriculture, business, FACS, music, art, physical education, and computer science

  • Textbook Caravan Registrations includes the school corporations' pre-registration information to help you plan.

  • Caravan Details & Schedule - April 9, 2024 includes the listing of vendors for the vendor hall and will have the schedule for sessions.

Participation Details:

  • Booth and One Session: $1,000

  • Additional Sessions: $250 per session

  • Additional Booth Space: $500 per space
