Gather your magazines, a poster or a journal, colorful paper &markers or paint &canvas and join us for our monthly Vision Journal Session.
We will start the evening with a 20 min meditation on the topic of the month.
After the meditation we’ll spend about 10 minutes writing down our thoughts and goals.
Then after that we will use any artistic items to create our vision board. Magazine images can be used as well as your own painted images, words of affirmation, or anything else. This is your dream and your creative work.
Bring a friend, family member, or anyone you want to invite to the event.
If enough people sign up for a particular session by the Monday before, it will be held onsite; if not, it will be via Zoom only.
