The purpose of this grant is to attract and retain the best qualified and most passionate staff by decreasing barriers to participation for people traditionally marginalized and underrepresented in camp staff and counselor roles.

Grants amounts and distribution structure is as follows: Summer Staff and Resident Counselors - Up to $1000 per summer paid half at the beginning and half at the end of the season. End of summer payment is conditional on successful completion of the summer agreement. Sessional Counselors - Up to $500 per summer paid as up to $250 per week worked. Grant payment is contingent upon successful completion of the session/week. *
