Deli-Llama is a mindful shop and café selling the best of local food, art and gifts.
Based at 16a Pelham Road, Nottingham. NG5 1AP.
About 1.5 miles from the city centre, in the Carrington/Sherwood Rise area.There is free onstreet parking, space for bikes, and we are a few minutes walk from several bus routes. The Forest Tram Stop is 10 minutes walk.
Our premises are wheelchair accessible, with a wheelchair accessible and gender neutral bathroom.
We are part of the Pulp Friction CIC family, employing the skills of people with learning disabilities and autism.
As an organisation we are aspirational, purposeful and inclusive.
Deli Llama is a community space where everyone is welcome. We are disability inclusive, LGBTQ+ inclusive, we welcome people of all ethnicities, cultures, religions, and ages. We are family friendly.
We believe that co-operating and working together is the key to success and we are working towards becoming a co-operative owned business.
Our shop supports Nottingham based producers, makers and growers by selling local food, art and gifts.
The cafe has a focus on selling food that has been made in-house with quality local ingredients, or organic ingredients, with lots of healthy options. We cater for different diets including gluten-free and plant-based.
Sustainability and the climate emergency is very important to us. We use eco-packaging, limit food waste and use organic and local food where possible.
We will be opening up the space for community groups to meet up, for workshops, music, art, talks, activism and more.
Members of Pulp Friction will be coming to work in the shop and cafe, and we will be opening our patio seating and eventually our in-door seating too.
