Please complete this form no later than Wednesday, May 12th to let us know that you will be attending our family fun day.  It will be held on Saturday, May 15th at the Dexheimer Shelter located in COSMO park.  We will have various stations including mission, art, games and snack. We plan for this to be a time for you as a family to travel through the various stations and enjoy quality time with other FPC members and families!
