We welcome and support UCW-WI’s organizing for fair wages, contracts, and benefits on campus. We commit ourselves to encouraging and supporting UCW-WI’s organizing for the university to live our community’s Ignatian values. We also commit ourselves to calling out and opposing any coercion or intimidation of our colleagues, coworkers, or students for their organizing.
