Please fill out this form to request a parent portal account be created for you as the parent/guardian of a student in the Owego Apalachin Central School District. Whatever email address you provide for yourself here will replace what the district has on file for you. If you are not the listed parent/guardian of a student in the district, an account will not be created for you.
