LOCKER FOR INSTRUMENT

Before completing this form, you must first have a locker to store the instrument.

Returning Students - You may continue to use the locker assigned to you last year for another instrument. Ideally the loan instrument will fit there as well.

Request Locker - You can request a locker by completing the Locker Request Form.

INSTRUMENT USE POLICY

Music department instruments should be stored in assigned department lockers and secured at all times with assigned department padlocks. Instruments should only be removed from Sloan building when needed at other performances venues. Instruments should be used with care and the department should be notified if repairs are needed.

Instrument loan for the semester/year is contingent on your acceptance into the ensemble following your audition.
