To better plan for dogs and handlers, we would like to know the number of people at training.  

EACH HANDLER SHOULD FILL OUT THIS FORM FOR THEMSELVES and the dog(s) they will be handling.  We will use this information to see if we need to split into two groups as we have been doing recently (Started and Season together, Finished on their own).
