This completed online form acknowledges that you have read and understand the policies of the GOHS Choir program. By your child being a student in the GOHS Choir classes,  they are agreeing to abide by the policies, expectations, and rules of the GOHS Choir program. These can all be found in the Choir Handbook which is located on our choir website and our Canvas page. This completed form is due on or before August 25th, 2023

Choir Fee of $60 can be paid by cash, check, or the school Webstore. The link is below. The fee is due SEPTEMBER 8TH. The fee should be loaded to your SchoolCash Online account by August 18th.
