St Stephen's Clubs Safeguarding Agreement 2023/24

Please complete this form in preparation for clubs opening for the new academic year 2023/24. Clubs will only be allowed to run if this form has been submitted, and we are in receipt of the following:

Tutor's current Safeguarding and First Aid certificates
Your Public Liability Insurance Policy
Club Risk Assessment
Your Safeguarding Policy
Your Safer recruitment policy (where applicable)

All documents must be received in advance of the clubs term so they can be reviewed for compliance.

It is a requirement that all visitors and contractors attending St. Stephen's school have read the following policies which are available on our website under visitor and volunteers.
