The mPower Method Self-Assessment | MEALS
This is your opportunity to assess your current state of mind and physical well-being so you can decide if the meals you eat are supporting or sabotaging your health.

In order to serve our students and our own families, we must have the stamina to stay healthy. It will require you to ask yourself some hard questions. Have the courage to answer them honestly. Identifying your challenges allow you to then know where to begin - and I will share strategies that will be successful for you based on your particular situation and needs.

Don't spend a lot of time on each statement. Instead, go with the first response that feels right then move on to the next question.

When you are finished, you will have a clearer idea of how the meals you eat impact everything from your brain to your body and the ease with which  you function so you'll know if there are things you can do to better support your physical and mental health through the choices you make in your meals.
