Justanotetosayhi was founded in January 2020 by Maisie, with the aim to send cards around the world to anyone in need of a free pick-me-up. Despite growing and the addition of a team of volunteers this mission still remains the same, but now with the addition of Pick-Me-Up Packages when we have the funds available.

Anyone is able to apply for a free card or package from us. We do have donation links on our linktree (which can be found in the bio of our social media accounts) but we do not expect donations in return for a card/package and your application won't be sped up by donating (But donations are a huge help in allowing us to send out more pick-me-ups to more people!)

Some additional information -

NOMINATING OTHERS:

You may nominate other people for a package and we love it when people do, but we do ask two things; 1) If the person you are nominating is under 16 then you must be the guardian or parent of the child (Or a close relation.. for safeguarding reasons). and 2) Please leave a name in the box below so we can tell the receiver who nominated them (This again is important for safeguarding, so recipients are away of who has given their address to us).

NOMINATING YOURSELF:

We have had hundreds of applications since starting and they are all for many different reasons, so please don't feel embarrassed or undeserving of a package. Absolutely every application is treated just as important as the others, and we welcome applications from people all over the world, whether its for a pick-me-up whilst living with a long-term illness, or you having a rough week and could use a smile. We are excited to receive your application.
