POLICIES: For You & Me
To book and reserve your time slot I require 70% of payment up front. The rest of payment can made any time before the shoot. Payments are non-refundable and to be made through PayPal & or other Preferred payment apps. [*Taxes included and are added after for all rates.] The rates for your photoshoot do not include print licenses. Print licenses and selling photos on sites/services like Patreon will be up for discussion in a separate form/contract than this.
Prior to the convention, research as far as your character, cosplay, and various other types of media are used to support in creating your shoot. If you're running late to the shoot you will lose that time on shooting, and creativity that could be used for your shoots. I understand that things tend to happen outside of your control, convention crowding, elevator con, and much more, but please do your best to be on time. Communication is key, so contacting me ASAP (as soon as possible) allows for changes to scheduling a work around if needed. If you know there's going to be a scheduling conflict please notify me at least a day in advance if at all possible. I will do my best to move your shoot; however, rescheduling is not guaranteed.
Additional editing done by anyone besides myself, (Dorron/ModernAnimator) is prohibited. However, if you're wanting additional editing please contact me first for more information. Convention shoots do NOT include printing rights. Redistribution for profit is prohibited unless you've talked to me about it and I have given my consent to releasing the photos. Using my images for banners, business cards, print trades, and charity are fine. Feel free to contact me for more information if you have any questions regarding this.
GROUPS: With group shoots everyone in the group will receive their own individual photos along with the group & sub group shots.
This is a request form. This does not guarantee a booked shoot. The form is to help organize and make sure we're able to schedule and find the best time to work together. I can only take on so many shoots alongside my #behindthecosplay music video shooting, etc., so I can only do so many shoots during a con. In the event there are any cancellations, then I will reach out to anyone on the waiting list. To the best of my ability, I will schedule on a first come first served basis in regards to scheduling and the waiting list.
Accepted payment methods are PayPal, Cash App, Cash, Venmo, and Square Reader for Debit/Credit Cards. (You will be notified if there is an issue with square reader use as payment).
- Please be on time. I will consider the shoot cancelled if you are 15mins late, but I do understand circumstances that can happen unexpected.
- Rescheduling a different time slot is subject to availability.
- Under no circumstances will the deposit be refunded even if you are late or cancel the shoot.
(unless I myself can't make it to the shoot)
- All prices are in USD.
- COSPLAY IS NOT CONSENT. Working with me or anyone else, remember cosplay is not consent and I will do what I can to the best of my ability to show respect and always ask for consent. If there is something you are not comfortable with, feel free to let me know before, during, and after the shoot. Also you are always welcome to bring someone with you as a guest to shoot or even if it is simply just comfortably.
- Boudoir or Bedroom shoots are 18+, NSFW (Not Safe for Work) shoots that I will ask as needed to confirm age.
- Minors may require additional consent (100% are excluded from anything Boudoir and 18+ I.D. confirmation will be required.)
- Photos/videos are still in ownership of ModernAnimator, but when released to models are free to share and post anywhere excluding paywall sites such as Patreon.
- Last min. photoshoot/on site request may see price increase based on details of request with increased reservation fee (non-refundable) (again fee is included in prices of shoots). - Last Updated 2/13/2024
