Which Day is this response for? *
Did you repeat the refuges and precepts and Dhammapada verses today? *
Please repeat out load these verses in the morning before starting your meditation for the day. Doing this over and over cements the rules and the refugees into your mind.
What was the last talk you watched or listened to? What was the title? *
Please follow the talk listed on the program.
Any comments about the talk?
How many sittings did you do today? *
Don't combine the times - just number of separate sittings.
How many times walking? *
Please try to get 1 or 2 walking sessions of 15-30 min each per day. This raises your energy for sitting and is a powerful meditation method on its own. Follow the forgiveness process while you are slowly strolling along a path.
What was your LONGEST sitting today? *
In the last 24 hrs.
Don't make things happen - allow memories and situations to arise on their own. Are you able to let things come to you vs. you go chase them? Are things coming up? People? Yourself? Situations? Please comment. *
Radiate forgiveness to yourself and allow the feeling to be there. Don't go looking for something to forgive. If nothing is there then stay with the feeling of forgiveness.
When your mind wandered - how did you come back to the feeling of forgiveness? Explain your process.
Tell me about your best walking meditation. What did you experience? How did you do your forgiveness while walking? *
How did you bring this into your daily activities. Give an example. *
Did you get any feelings of relief today. Any pleasant feelings like a little joy arising? Something that is related to this practice?
You can ask a question or comment. This is your space.
Any other questions that might not apply to this particular topic?
Did you read the book that was sent to you yet? *
Please read the Forgiveness Guide and understand it. This answer only need be answered one time with "yes I read it all". Keep going until that is your answer! There are many things in this booklet which should help. If forgiveness read that book.
