1.
This is a school/Organisation-based Competition. Only School, Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) or Non-profit Making Organisation is accepted. Each school may send up to 5 teams to each division of the Competition, except Smart 4D Frame Division. If there are excessive number of schools/organisations joining, the first 4 teams of each schools/organisations will be in the priority of the enrollment but the other teams will be on waiting list.  All enrollments will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
比賽採用隊制形式，供學校、非政府組織或非牟利機構參與。每間學校在每一組別可派最多5支隊伍參加，智能4D Frame組除外。如參賽學校/機構眾多，每間學校/機構之首4支參賽隊伍將獲得參賽的優先權，其餘隊伍將被放入後補名單。參賽名額有限，先到先得。

Please fill in ONE Enrollment Form for ONE TEAM.
每支隊伍需獨立填寫一份報名表格。

EACH TEAM should comprise 2 team members and be led by 1 team instructor.
每支隊伍由2名學生及1名教練組成。

4.
Team instructor MUST BE 18 years old or above and is a current teacher or staff member of the enrolled school/organisation. He/She will act as the contact person for the team; who can supervise more than 1 team of his/her school/organisation.
教練必須為年滿18歲或以上之現任學校老師或機構員工。教練將負責隊伍與大會之聯絡工作；他可同時作多於一隊的教練。

5.
The list of team members cannot be changed once submitted, however each team can submit one substitute on or before 15 June.
隊伍名單不可於遞交後作出更換／更改，但每隊可以在6月15日或以前提交一名候補隊員的資料。

6.
Teams participate in the Competition according to their grades and age groups:
Junior Primary Division: aged 9 or below AND Primary 1 to Primary 2 in 2019/20 academic year
Senior Primary Division: aged 12 or below AND Primary 3 to Primary 5 in 2019/20 academic year
Junior Secondary Division: aged 16 or below AND Secondary 1 to Secondary 3 in 2019/20 academic year

*Age is based on 1 November 2020 to justify
**The eldest member of the team must comply with the age criteria of the division chosen

比賽共設三個組別，所有隊員須符合下列組別要求：
初小組：9歲或以下 及 2019/20 學年就讀小一至小二之學生
高小組：12歲或以下 及 2019/20 學年就讀小三至小五之學生
初中組：16歲或以下 及 2019/20 學年就讀中一至中三之學生

*年齡以2020年11月1日計算
**隊伍所屬組別以年齡最大之隊員而定

Teams may use either Cantonese or English to compete in the Competition.
隊伍可選擇用廣東話或英語作賽。
