If I am accepted as a delegate, I agree to abide by all regulations and requirements established by the officials of Woodcreek Lions Camp, and Lions Clubs Intranational.

There is no smoking/vaping, use of alcohol or drugs on and off the campsite during the duration of camp. As well, all students will refrain from driving while at camp.

I understand that failure to abide by these, and other rules of the camp, will result in my being expelled from camp and sent home at my own expense.

I understand that a refund will not be given after June 12th, 2024, if I am unable to attend. However, a substitute will be accepted without penalty.

I must be fully covered by appropriate medical insurance.

I will strive to be worthy of my community and country by contributing my best efforts towards the success of the camp.
