Spirit Points is a rating system that allows each team a chance to reward opposing teams for their sportsmanship and spirited play while providing feedback on areas that their opponents can improve on.

Spirit Points are decided as a team, and submitted online by the team captain every week after their game. To truly have PentaSport Spirit, we ask that all teams be honest with their response.

To reflect a better assessment of the other team, the Spirit Point system is reviewed each season with new/updated questions and calculations implemented as a way to improve. There are also general questions at the end to allow for further feedback and comments. To emphasize the important of Spirited play in PentaSport, Spirit Points directly affect the overall point standings.

All submissions are reviewed by the Organizing Committee each week. If the Committee finds any issue in Spirit Points Submissions, they will reach out to the respected captain(s) directly. If you want your Spirit Points to be responded to by the committee, please indicate it in the comments section when submitting your Spirit Points.

Spirit Points are to be submitted in a timely matter following each game. Late submissions will incur a Spirit Point penalty for the week on the team submitting late. Deadline for each week’s submission is Thursday at 11:59pm following each game.
