Referral requests are considered on a case-by-case basis, having regard to our capacity at the time.
We aim to respond to referral request within 5 working days but sometimes due to pressure of work this will not be possible.

Please do not ask clients to contact the us directly. If we confirm that we can take the case we will contact the client.
