Join in as we nurture ourselves. We will explore becoming the mothers that our inner children are calling us to be to ourselves. We will be returning to self love. In the hour long session we will explore and meet our inner child through meditation and journaling.

To maximize the benefits of the session you may want to:
Find a quiet space
Have water or tea and blankets nearby
Have a journal  to record any insights you receive
Use candles, sage and or crystals to create an inviting space
