Thank you for your interest in the A Course in Mindful Living Teacher Training Program! We are now accepting applications now for the program which begins on Wednesday, January 8, 2025.

The intent of the Professional Path in A Course in Mindful Living Professional Teacher Training Program is to prepare you with the well-rounded expertise needed to teach A Course in Mindful Living (ACIML) practices, concepts, and the specific meditations taught in this course. During this 9-month training program you will establish the tools, gain the experience, and receive the guidance necessary to teach a portfolio of courses and individual workshops from the 12 modules of training in the A Course In Mindful Living program.

It is through the educational content, sharing, working with others in the program, and mentoring that these lessons come alive. You will have the invaluable opportunity to study directly with Dr. Elisha Goldstein, Ph.D., renowned clinical psychologist, creator of A Course In Mindful Living, widely published author, and expert mindfulness educator, while learning through a combination of live, interactive instruction, recorded videos, reading assignments, and self-reflection. Dr. Goldstein will be the lead teacher and offer monthly live calls throughout the program.

You will also receive monthly, hands-on practice time and guidance, experiential exercises, skill-building, and practicum mentorship with Susan Beckman Reagan, M.A., CMT-P, Director and Lead Mentor of the A Course in Mindful Living Professional Teacher Training Program. Susan is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Mentor who specializes in experiential and relational learning, guiding participants through this transformative mindfulness teacher training program.

This program is like no other in that you are being trained on the A Course In Mindful Living content directly by Dr. Goldstein and given the opportunity to practice the skills needed to teach in a highly supervised mentorship. This is a rigorous, 9-month learning opportunity that will offer you the potential for impact and growth. You will graduate from this training program with a done-for-you curriculum and the necessary skills and confidence to immediately offer this program to your clientele.
