General club fitness session booking form w/c 24th August 2020.
These sessions are limited to 29 participants per session. Pre-booking is essential - and all sessions will be confirmed. Please do not attend unless your booking has been confirmed. If you have a place and have to cancel please let us know ASAP so your place can be reallocated.
We are offering two Fitness Session Options:
Tuesdays 18:45 - 19:45 with Zoe Lydon - open to all Club Members - 29 places per session (FINAL SESSION AT CURRENT TIME - we'd love to continue IF demand but move to in season training slots from 1st September and can't see where we can fit into the overall programme / pitch space at present)
Wednesdays 10:00 - 11:00 with Rick Poole - open to all Club Member - 29 places per session aimed at those who are looking for a more gentle return to fitness after lock-down.
Please do not submit multiple forms unless an update is required. Confirmation emails are being sent in batches, you won’t receive confirmation immediately, as we need to allocate pitch slots fairly to ensure as many people as possible can attend.
These sessions are aimed at anyone and everyone who wants to get out the house and get fitter for the start of the hockey season. The sessions will have varying levels of difficulty to suit everyone's ability to ensure you are challenged but not overwhelmed.
The session contribution is £3 - £5 please bring correct change as the cash will go straight in to a bag and not touched and no change will be given.
The sessions will take place on either ATP or grass, please bring appropriate footwear and plenty of water.
Tuesday activities are based around body weight exercise however if you wish to bring a dumb bell, kettle bell or resistance bands to challenge yourself a bit further please do!
