Murphy US Capitol Christmas Tree Celebration Food Vendor Registration
The Christmas season is coming early to Murphy with the visit of the US Capitol Christmas Tree to Downtown Murphy.  Murphy is the first stop on the Mountains to Sea Tour of the tree. We are looking for food vendors for Sunday, November 6 from 1pm to 6pm to welcome the visit of the US Capitol Tree to Downtown Murphy.  Food Vendors will be set up on Valley River Avenue in Downtown Murphy.    The cost is $50 per vendor. Please describe what type of food/beverage you would like to sell.
Agree to the following:
-Food vendor shall display health department certification.
Food vendor shall list the Town of Murphy in their Certificate of Insurance.
-Food Vendor will provide all tents, tables, trash cans, table cloths. Event coordinators will not provide these items.
-No tent stakes will be allowed and all tents must be properly weighted with 40 pound weights on each corner in the event of windy weather.
-Do not assume that you will have power for your booth.  Please reach out to the coordinators for power options, if needed.
-Food Vendor will remit payment in the amount of $50 to the Town of Murphy by cash or check.
